Floyd Alexander III is a seasoned financial services professional with over a decade of experience in leadership roles across prominent banking institutions. Currently serving as Vice President and Branch Manager at BancFirst in Oklahoma City, Floyd demonstrates exceptional proficiency in managing customer focus, performance coaching, strategic planning, and relationship building.
Floyd has consistently exceeded organizational goals and improved branch performance throughout his career. His tenure at JPMorgan Chase and First Fidelity Bank further solidified his expertise in branch management, consultative selling, and financial responsibility. Floyd’s ability to foster team morale, enforce ethical standards, and enhance institutional integrity has been a cornerstone of his professional journey.
Academically, Floyd holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, where he graduated with a GPA of 3.889. He also earned a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Counterterrorism & Homeland Security and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration with a concentration in Security from the University of Phoenix.
A U.S. Armed Forces veteran, Floyd is committed to community service and has held numerous leadership roles in various organizations. He serves on the Board of Directors for Northeast OKC Renaissance Inc., Hope United Inc., and the Spencer Chamber of Commerce, among others. His dedication to education is evident through his involvement as a Financial Literacy Instructor at Star Spencer High School and Douglass High School.
